Stacey Solomon is releasing a self-help book about loving your imperfections
Stacey Solomon has announced the exciting news that she is releasing a book.
Last week, the TV presenter, who recently moved in with boyfriend Joe Swash, revealed that she is writing a self-help book titled Happily Imperfect: Loving Life Your Own Way.
The Loose Women panelist, who has previously opened up about marrying partner Joe, took to social media to reveal her impressive news.
In a post on Instagram, the 29-year-old posted a happy of image of her smiling, accompanied by a caption explaining what her book is about.
‘I’m SO excited to announce that I’ve written a book!’ wrote Stacey.
‘I wanted to write the book as a way of showing how there is so much more to people than the labels we’re given – and to share how I stay positive and how flawed yet happy I am, hence the title ‘HAPPILY IMPERFECT’.
‘I make mistakes and that’s okay,’ she continued. ‘I’ll be giving you my completely imperfect advice, and telling you what helps me through life in the hope that it helps you too. There is no one way to do things and there is no pressure for a one-size fits all approach.’

‘I’ve broken a lot of rules,’ wrote the former I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here winner, ‘but I’ve learnt so much about love, being a mummy, family, anxiety, body positivity and how to enjoy life with all its ups and downs.
‘This is an easy, no-stress book, written to celebrate all our weird-ness and incredible-ness, with a few easy tips and bits of advice at the end of each chapter.'
The former X-Factor finalist, who earlier this year opened up about her battle with anxiety, hopes to help readers through difficult times in life by opening up discussing about difficult topics.
‘If I can help in some small way to […] make us all feel a little bit better about ourselves then I will have achieved my goal.
‘I can’t wait to share it with you all!’
This is the first book for the mum-of-two, who has previously spoken about her feelings on home schooling her sons Zachary, 10, and Leighton, 6.
The new book will be out in March and is available for pre-order now on Amazon.
Congratulations Stacey!
