Lush releases a range of Valentine’s Day bath bombs – and they’re rather cheeky
Valentine’s Day is an odd one...
You either go all out and celebrate with your other half, or forget until the last minute and decide on a takeaway treat night just so the day doesn’t pass by without any fuss at all.
Or, you’re one of those trying to avoid all the red heart balloons in the shops, thought you might just treat yourself to a dine-in-for-two for one to mark the day.
Well now bodycare shop Lush is giving everyone the chance to treat their loved ones (and themselves) to a little bit of tender loving care on the most romantic day in the calendar.
After the success of their hotly-anticipated Christmas collection (which is now in the sale if you want some cheap goodies), the sweet-smelling shop has now released a Valentine’s range that’s got a little something for everybody – and it’s cheekier than you might expect.
Paying homage to the dating app generation, the heroes of the line have to be the emoji shaped bath bombs.
Made with fresh aubergine and bergamot oil, the suggestive aubergine bath bomb fizzes from both ends for a quick-dissolving addition to your bath. Or, if you want something that lasts a bit longer the super-cheeky Peachy bath bomb melts slowly, releasing scents of peach and grapefruit.

And of course no school sex education class was ever complete without a couple of bananas thrown into the mix, which Lush has channelled with The Big Banana massage bar that melts as you rub onto your skin.
If you’d rather stay away from the suggestive fruits, their seemingly innocent six-shaped bubble bar smells of spicy cloves and floral ylang-ylang. It comes in two different colours, which are said to fit together if you turn one upside down…
But what is a Valentine’s range without a nod to the most love-central TV show of the year? The retailer’s Love Island body scrub is made with sand and sea salt for a beachy vibe. Definitely going to crack on with these we think...
The range also includes a sweet cherry-flavoured lip scrub and smart mouthwash tablets that are shaped like little blue pills…
It’s a swipe right to all of these from us.
