Stacey Solomon makes a dig at 'unrealistic' slimmed down celebrity figures with 'real' bikini snap
The mum-of-two shared a picture while on holiday
Stacey Solomon has hit out at 'unrealistic' slimmed down celebrity figures with a 'realistic' bikini picture.
The mum-of-two is currently on holiday with her family, and took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her sunny getaway with fans.
Posting a picture of herself looking happy with her two boys, Stacey is seen wearing a bikini and standing by the pool.
In the caption, Stacey stayed true to her body positive ethos and made a dig at 'unrealistic' body motivation pictures that many other celebrities often post on social media.
She wrote: 'Normal bodies rule! Happy Monday... if you need some realistic motivation 😂👆 #Nofilter #PerfectlyImperfect #WeAreBeautuful #mondaymotivation'.
Fans of the Loose Women panellist were quick to praise her for the post, saying she's an 'inspiration' and congratulating her for her honesty in 'a world full of plastic and filters'.
One said: 'You look amazing! It's great to see a real woman, a real mum! Well done you darling.'

Another wrote: 'You are such an inspiration! My little girl is 5 months old. I see people like Kylie Jenner, ferne McCann posting picture of their tummys weeks after having a baby and they are back to being supper slim! I have been so low about my own body after seeing these pictures.... I then see this! This has made me remember I should embrace my body. I haven't got money for personal trainers. I haven't got the time to be making these fancy diet foods. I'm just being a mum. @staceysolomon thank you for reminding me what's important'.
A third commented: 'Oh stacey! You give me life 😍😍😍 real in a world full of plastic and filters 💪🏼💜'.
While on holiday, Stacey also revealed she's homeschooling her children, a decision she later explained in her column in Fabulous magazine.
'The truth is that they no longer go to school. Last September, the boys and I decided that we were going to try homeschooling', she wrote.
