Mum-of-two Sam Faiers has been praised on social media after posting a bikini picture showing off her postpartum body and opening up about her goals for the end of the year.
Sam welcomed her second child with partner Paul in November last year and is already mum to two-year-old Paul.
She often posts about family life on social media and over the summer her followers saw more of Sam's food and fitness regimes too as she hired a personal trainer to help her get back into shape.
Sam's efforts have clearly started to pay off, as during her sister Billie's hen-do she received hundreds of comments gushing over her post-baby body and her latest bikini holiday snap has proved just as popular.
Writing in the caption, Sam explained that she's very proud of how far she has come but that she hasn't reached her goals yet. She also joked that because she's still breastfeeding her boobs look pretty full...
Sam wrote: '🍊🍊 I’m not at my fitness level goal yet, but I have been training 3 times a week with my PT @millie_george I’m extremely proud of myself 💁 ♀️ mummy’s reading this know how hard it is to juggle everything. Ps I know my boobs look extremely big here 🐮🐮 #breastfeedingmumma'.
