Congratulations are in order for TV presenter Steve Backshall and Olympic rower Helen Glover, after the pair married at the weekend!
Wildlife presenter Steve and champion rower Helen, who won a gold medal at Rio 2016, tied the knot on Saturday afternoon in a romantic ceremony in the bride's home county of West Cornwall, in picturesque Pisky Cove.
Steve, 43, who is best known for his work with the National Geographic and Discovery Channels, married Olympic athlete Helen, 30, in an intimate ceremony in front of family and friends.
After exchanging their vows the pair posed for a stunning set of photos on rocks by the sea, overlooking the rugged coastal backdrop.
An onlooker told the Mirror that the pair looked 'blissfully happy', adding: 'Steve took her hand and led her to the top of the cliff. We couldn't believe where they were heading but the view out to sea was awesome.'
Steve and Helen met at a Sport Relief event in 2014, and got engaged after the presenter popped the question during a trip to Africa a year later.
Appearing on This Morning last month, Helen admitted she was finally able to look ahead to her wedding and the couple's future together, after dedicating the last four years to training for the Olympics.
