Victoria Beckham confesses she was worried about marriage to David ahead of anniversary
Victoria Beckham has opened up about the fears she’s recently experienced in her marriage to David.
The couple have been married for 20 years, but they’ve both spoken out about the hard times in their relationship.
To celebrate the milestone, the pair went away to Paris on their own and Victoria revealed that she feared that her and David would have nothing to talk about during a vacation without the kids.
She told Telegraph Magazine: ‘I said to David, “God, what will we have to say to each other when it's just us?”’
Turns out she had nothing to worry about, as it was just like old days between the pair – which also relieved Victoria for the future when all their children leave the nest.
She added: ‘But we talked and laughed the whole time, and not even about the kids or work.
‘He's better at sending me up. But hey, what a relief - we'll be OK, even when they've all left home.’

The pair have previously been honest about the relationship issues that come with a long term relationship.
David said after his move to Miami: ‘To have been married for the amount of time that we have, it’s always hard work. It becomes a little more complicated.”
‘I feel like I’m doing OK but it’s a struggle.’
Victoria has also spoken out about their relationship strain in an interview with Vogue, admitting that being a family has made stronger.
She said: ‘We both realise that we are stronger together than we are as individuals.
‘Would either of us be in the position we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago? It’s all about the family unit.
‘We are much stronger the six of us than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond and that is key.’
