Sarah Hyland has announced her engagement to boyfriend Wells Adams.
The Modern Family star took to social media to share the exciting news that her boyfriend Wells Adams had proposed to her.
Sharing a series of sweet photos on Instagram, that show the former Bachelorette contestant getting down on one knee in a romantic beach setting and then a close-up of the sparkling diamond ring and heartwarming shot of couple sharing a kiss, the 28-year-old wrote: ‘That can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff ✨❤️ @wellsadams’.
The actress’s 35-year-old now-fiancé also shared the exciting news on his own Instagram page, uploading an adorable compilation of photos plus clips from the video of his romantic proposal.
‘I’ll be Johnny, you be June. But forever,’ he captioned his post. ‘🎶- Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors’.
Friends and fans of the pair flooded the two posts with messages of congratulations.
‘Woohooo!!!! Congrats guys,’ wrote singer Kevin Jonas, whose brothers Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas both recently tied the knot.

Sarah herself took to her future husband’s post with a series of sweet comments, writing: ‘I love you to Pluto and back FIANCÉ!!!!’ and ‘When we get married will I automatically acquire your talent for making everyone cry with a homemade video?’
And of course the Modern Family gang sent all of their congratulations, writing: ‘LOVE! Congratulations, Sarah and @wellsadams!! 😍❤️❤️❤️’.
The newly-engaged duo started dating back in September 2017 and earlier this year moved in together, when Wells hinted at an impending engagement in a podcast interview with American DJ Brandi Cyrus.
