'I finally understand the meaning of the word bridezilla': EastEnders' Danny Dyer opens up about wedding plans
Will it be an East-end party... ?
EastEnders star Danny Dyer has opened up about his up-coming wedding to girlfriend Joanne, including, like many other couples, the pressures that come with organising the big day!
The actor, who's set to marry his long-term partner in September, told Hello magazine how nervous he was, but also how stressed the plans were making his bride-to-be: 'I finally understand the meaning of the word "bridezilla",' he said.
Revealing that the wedding will be Spanish themed but taking place in the English countryside, he also talked about their outfits, 'I want to go for a Sean Connery vibe. I love the 1960s and would love a '60s-style suit with a crisp white shirt and skinny black tie.'
When it comes to the bride's dress, Danny has his own ideas about what he'd imagine her to look like: 'She would be in a dress with a big skirt, bare shoulders, no veil, with her hair down and quite wild, maybe with a tiara on top.
'She always looks beautiful so whatever she wears, I know I won't be disappointed,' he added.
Despite Joanne planning the majority of the wedding, the dad of three did want to have his on the food, giving it an East End vibe: 'I have suggested having a stylish version of pie and mash with liquor and chilli vinegar on a spoon,' he said.
The pair have been together for 24 years - they first started dating when they were only 14, and had their first child together when Danny was 19 years old.

It was Joanne who popped the question on Valentine's Day last year, and while Danny says he 'probably should have done it years ago' they have had a two-year engagement.
The 38-year-old actor said; 'I've been with my partner Jo for more than 20 years, since we were both 14. We're totally committed.'
Speaking to the Radio Times magazine, Danny added; 'Getting married is just about celebrating our love and cementing it with a bit of paper... to be honest - she's my girl and we want to get all legal.'
In a case of life imitating art, Danny's on-screen character Mick Carter married his Albert Square fiancée, Linda, last year.
But the father-of-three has revealed he doesn't want his own nuptials to be anything like his Walford counterpart; 'I don't want it to be even five per cent as eventful as Mick and Linda's. It gives me the horrors just thinking about it.'
Although in the past the high school sweetheart's relationship has been plagued with it's own drama, with rumours of infidelity.
But Danny, who was former chairman of Greenwich Borough football team, says that is all in the past now; 'I thought the grass was greener - but the grass was horrible and I don't ever want to go there again.'
