Katie Piper reveals how she lost two stone since the birth of her second child
Katie Piper has lost two stone since December and reveals how you could too!
Mum-of-two Katie Piper gave birth to her youngest daughter Penelope in December.
Since then the 34-year-old has shed an impressive two stone and says she feels happier and healthier.
Katie's trick to weight-loss is much simpler than you might think and it's something many mums can try for themselves.
With just 25 minutes of exercise a day and a healthy, balanced diet Katie has lost her baby weight in a safe and sustainable way.
She has teamed up with TerriAnn Nunns and produced a diet and fitness plan called The Healthy Happy Mum Plan and from Katie's results it looks well-worth considering.
Sharing her before and after pictures on Instagram and speaking about The Healthy Happy Mum Plan Katie said: 'I can honestly say it’s changed my life since having Pea – on the left I was a few months post-partum and feeling sore & sleep deprived with a few extra wobbly bits.
'I truly believe there’s no right or wrong way that you should look after having children, but I had picked up some bad habits whilst being pregnant and I wanted to make healthier, happier changes to my life.'

The Healthy Happy Mum Plan involves eating 1,500 or 1,800 calories if you're breastfeeding between an eight hour window.
This is similar to the 16:8 diet and has a higher calorie allowance than the 5:2 diet meaning you might find it easier to stick to.
If you're thinking the meal options are going to be bland and boring you are mistaken as Katie regularly shares examples of the food she eats on the plan, including snacks!
Katie admits that she has invested in a personal trainer but stresses that home workouts can be just as effective and the most important thing is to get active.
She recently wrote on Instagram: 'When I have had the odd hour to myself, I use that time to focus on me, which I haven’t felt guilty about and don’t think you should too.'
Katie continued: 'I used some of that time to get help and motivation from a personal trainer, but my daily exercise regime has been focused around my home workouts from the @thehealthyhappymumplan, simple, effective exercises you can do anywhere with no equipment. They have been perfect for those days that turn into night as they take no longer than 25 minutes.'
Katie looks fantastic and it's brilliant that she feels happier and healthier too but it's important for every mum to take it at their own pace!
If and when you feel ready, this plan could certainly be worth considering.
