Davina McCall has announced she's launching a new fitness DVD, Toned In 10, spilling the secrets on how she got her enviable figure.
You might often spot her incredible abs and toned body on social media, as well as her many snaps putting the work in at the gym.
Davina McCall is usually very vocal about her fitness routine and her workouts, and now she's giving fans a chance to follow in her footsteps.
The 50-year-old announced that she's launching a new fitness DVD - titled Toned In 10 - where she divides her workouts into ten different sections.
Taking to social media to reveal the exciting news, the TV presenter wrote alongside a picture of her new DVD cover: 'Ahhhh yessss!!! SO excited to tell you my new fitness programme #TONEDIN10 is coming out on Boxing Day !! The increds @sarahblendfit has broken down the workouts into 10 different sections.. including barre.. so you can personalize your exercise to fit your mood and time..
'It's really changed my body and I promise it will change yours.. Can't wait for you to try!!! ❤ It's time to Own... Your.. GOALS!!! 💪🏻👊🏻', she continued.
The new fitness DVD, which will be available to buy on Boxing Day, is broken down into ten different sections, so that you can personalise your workouts and 'create classes that fit your mood and how much time you have'.
On the description of the DVD, Davina says: 'It's a totally unique, brand new kind of workout and is about blending different kinds of fitness techniques in order to get the best results for your entire body.
'Each section will tone, strengthen and give definition to your muscles whilst working on flexibility and endurance. We'll focus on developing core strength alongside some cardio in order to burn those calories.
'It's really changed my body and I promise it will change yours.'
Fans of the former Big Brother presenter were quick to comment on the snap, gushing about how great she looks and how she's inspired them to work out.
