Cheryl shares her beauty tips for mums in first TV interview since giving birth to baby Bear

The new mum has revealed how she juggles looking so glamorous alongside 'caring for a baby 24/7'

New mum Cheryl has appeared on This Morning for her first TV interview since giving birth to baby Bear in March.

The exclusive interview, which took place from what appears to be a behind-the-scenes location on set, features a glowing Cheryl smiling serenely from beneath her trademark brown waves, looking every inch the glamourous star we remember from before her pregnancy.

And during the candid chat, she revealed exactly the tricks and techniques she's sworn by as a new mum to keep up with her beauty regime whilst caring for her son.

'Since becoming a mam – that's what I call it – my beauty regime has gone out of the window!' she admitted. 'It's just been recently that I've had time to start applying it again, and it's been lovely.'

'I went out for dinner recently and it was strange to see myself made up again. When you're taking care of a baby 24/7, it's just not practical.'

Limited time to spend on her beauty regime has lead Cheryl to discover some ingenious hacks, too: 'As a new mam, you don't always have time to moisturise. My top top would be to use oils in the bath. I swear by coconut oil. You can use it for everything; eat it, put it in your hair, put it on your skin.'

When asked during a quickfire round at the end of the interview whether she preferred 'lipstick or lullabies', the doting mummy in her was firmly team 'lullabies' - although she did add, cheekily: 'lullabies wearing lipstick?'

Cheryl has largely stayed out of the public eye since the arrival of her first child with boyfriend Liam Payne, declining to speak to members of the press and only breaking her social media silence on occasion to share personal pictures, including sweet snaps of the pair on holiday together.

Her first official appearance was at fundraising event Game4Grenfell, which she attended with fellow former Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts.
