This may look like a normal pizza but look closely, there are two things amiss! One, the base is a pancake. Two, the topping is sweet!
These fun sweet pizza pancakes are easy to make for a Pancake Day treat. A jam and coconut topping are the perfect replacement for a tomato and cheese one and we used pineapples and marshmallows but you can use your imagination. This pancake recipe also make great quick desserts for the kids when you haven't got much in.
