This sweet cocktail is good all year round - refreshing in summer and warming in winter

Ingredients

  • 50ml Rum
  • 20ml honey
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 100ml pomegranate tonic
  • 4 cloves
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Grapefruit zest

Method

  1. Mix the rum, lime and honey together until the honey has dissolved into the rum.
  2. Add the spices and the grapefruit zest, shake over ice and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a zest of orange speared with cloves.
