Sticky marshmallow and chocolate tray bake is so easy to make with the kids. Ready in just 40 mins, this delicious tray bake is about to become a family favourite, made with Rice Krispies, butter, marshmallows and plenty of chocolate. Cut into 16 squares and watch it disappear in seconds! This sticky sweet treat is perfect for kids' parties, as party bag fillers or a weekend treat.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 200g caster sugar
- 250g butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 150g plain flour
- 50g Rice Krispies
- 225g marshmallows

Method
- Heat the oven to 180C, gas 4. In a large pan, gently melt together the dark and milk chocolate, caster sugar and butter.
- Stir the eggs into the chocolate mixture, then gradually add the plain flour followed by the Rice Krispies. Pour the mixture into a 23cm x 33cm brownie tin, lined with baking paper. Poke the marshmallows around the tray bake – make sure they are evenly spaced apart.
- Bake for 25 mins. Leave in the tin to cool completely, then divide into 16 equal squares. Store the tray bake in an airtight box for up to 4 days.
