Ingredients
- 400g Best fillet steak, finely chopped
- 1tbs Chopped shallots
- 1tbs Chopped gherkins
- 1tbs Mini capers
- 1tbs Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Raw egg yolk
- 1tbs Olive oil

- Mix all of the ingredients together and serve on individual spoons.
