Salted caramel chocolate slab is a no-bake treat that takes 15 minutes to prepare - all you need to do after is wait for it to set! You can either cut this slab into nice squares and serve them all stacked up on a nice cake stand or dish, or you can crack it and let everyone go for the shards! Made with sweet chocolate and caramel, the sea salt flakes cut through it for a really nice salty finish. This is a really easy treat to make with kids - get them to help out by adding the popcorn, broken pretzels and Crunchie bars - they'll love getting creative and you'll have a really nice snack to go with your afternoon cup of tea too!
Ingredients
- 400g milk or dark chocolate, broken
- 75g pretzels
- 125g ready-made caramel or dulce de leche spread
- 25g sweet and salty popcorn
- 2x40g Crunchie bars, trim the chocolate from the top and one of the sides, then roughly chop
- Pinch sea salt flakes

Method
Line a 20x30cm Swiss roll tin with baking paper. First, melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water. Spread about a third of the pretzels in the base of the lined tin, then pour over the melted chocolate.
Mix 1½ tbsp of the caramel spread with the popcorn and set aside. Use a teaspoon to make a few gaps in the chocolate mixture, then add the caramel and drizzle over the rest. Dot over the rest of the pretzels, the popcorn mixture and Crunchie, then sprinkle over the sea salt and leave somewhere to set.
