With just 3 ingredients, this homemade ice cream offers a fail proof recipe using store cupboard staples. It also only takes 5 mins to prepare, as all you have to do is beat all the ingredients together. Once you’ve mastered this basic vanilla, use your imagination; try swirling through chocolate, fruit, caramel, marshmallows, nuts or coffee.   1. In a large bowl, beat all the ingredients together with an electric whisk to form soft peaks.
  2. Scrap into freezable containers and freeze until solid. Transfer to the fridge 10 mins before serving.
