Quick and easy to make, this recipe is sure to please and creates a delicious, sticky glaze for a tender piece of pork. The delicious honey, mustard and orange sauce turns pork loin chops into something a little special for a midweek dinner. Serve with potatoes and a green vegetable or a simple salad – so easy to make when you dash in from work and want a meal on the table quickly.
Ingredients
- 2tbsps olive oil
- 4 loin pork chops
- 2tbsps runny honey
- 2tbsps Dijon mustard
- 1tbsp orange juice

Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add the chops and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, turning once, until they are fully cooked and the juices run clear.
- Mix the honey, mustard and orange juice together in a small bowl.
- Reduce the heat, then pour the sauce over the chops in the frying pan.
- Cook for a few minutes to heat through, allowing the sauce to bubble. Serve the chops with the sauce poured over.
