We have been eating – and drinking – chocolate for thousands of years. In fact, we know that the Mayas created the first chocolate beverage more than 2,000 years ago. No fools them! Because hot chocolate is nice and warm and comforting, especially when the weather outside is cold. All you need is chocolate, milk, water and a little sugar and you’re away... to warm your little ones up after a walk on a cold afternoon.
Ingredients
- 75g dark chocolate
- 100ml cold water
- 300ml milk
- 1-2tsp caster sugar or to taste
- Aerosol cream to serve (optional)
