This summery passion fruit smoothie with its subtle taste of elderflower makes a delicious and refreshing drink on a warm afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 6 passion fruit
  • 4tbsp elderflower cordial
  • 375ml (13floz) natural yogurt

Method

  1. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp and seeds.
  2. Place in a blender with the elderflower cordial and yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses to serve.
Top Tip for making Elderflower and passion fruit smoothie

If you don't like the seeds, strain the passion fruit pulp through a sieve before adding to the blender. And this smoothie is equally delicious using organic apricot or peach-flavoured yogurts.
