Ingredients

  • 40g butter 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 75g full-flavour white cheese, grate You'll also need 500g spinach, washed thoroughly Nutmeg 50ml double cream

  1. Cook the spinach in a large pan for 2-3 mins until wilted. Tip into a colander and squeeze well to remove excess water.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 2-3 mins until softened, but not coloured. Add the spinach to the pan and grate over some nutmeg. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Stir in the cream and cheese and cook for 1 min until melted.
