Coronation crab salad crackers are a no cook canape made from tinned crab spiced iwth curry paste and served with lettuce on prawn crackers. These super simple canapes take just 15 minutes to whip up but look really fancy when they're assembled. Two step canapes that you don't even have to switch the oven on for - how can you go wrong?
Ingredients
- 1tbsp mild curry paste
- 2tbsp Greek-style yogurt
- 1tbsp mango chutney
- 170g tinned crab meat
- Zest and juice of ½ lime
- 50g lettuce finely, shredded
- Prawn crackers, to serve
- Pinch cayenne pepper
WEIGHT CONVERTER
Method
- Mix the curry paste, Greek yogurt, mango chutney and lemon juice. Stir through the crab and season.
- Spoon the shredded lettuce onto the crackers and top with the coronation crab. Sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper to serve.

You could also use mini poppadums in place of the prawn crackers.
