  • 100g softened butter or margarine
  • 80g light brown sugar
  • 3tbsp golden syrup
  • 2tbsp milk
  • 100g plain flour
  • 50g chocolate chips

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the golden syrup and milk and mix through.
  2. Sift the flour and add to the mix and mix to a dough. Stir through the chocolate chips.
