This is so easy and a popular champagne cocktail! You need lots of champagne, sugar cubes and Angostura bitters to make this refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Chilled champagne

  1. Drop your sugar cube into the bottom of a champagne glass
  2. Pour over a couple of splashes of Angostura bitters - enough to soak the cube
  3. Top up the glass with cold champagne and enjoy!
