This is so easy and a popular champagne cocktail! You need lots of champagne, sugar cubes and Angostura bitters to make this refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Chilled champagne

Method
- Drop your sugar cube into the bottom of a champagne glass
- Pour over a couple of splashes of Angostura bitters - enough to soak the cube
- Top up the glass with cold champagne and enjoy!
