With hardly any work you can turn plain prawns into a delicious party food offering. With Asian flavours and a kick from garlic and chillies these are sure to fly off the plate!
Ingredients
- 30 raw king prawns
- 3 Lemongrass stalks
- 3 red chillies
- 3 garlic cloves
- Juice of 3 fresh limes
- 2 tsp of caster sugar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Handful of coriander
WEIGHT CONVERTER
Method
- Leave the prawns to one side in a large bowl.
- Blitz all the other ingredients together in a food processor.
- Add the mixture to the prawns and marinate for a couple of hours.
- Place 3 prawns on each skewer and grill for one minute on each side.
