It's hard to eat healthy meals when you're cooking for your whole family but don't worry, we're here to help. We've created meal planner with a whole month of healthy meals that the whole family will enjoy. What's more, we've even drawn up shopping lists for each week so you know exactly what to pop in your supermarket trolley each week.
At goodtoknow we really believe in being healthy but not hungry and this is reflected in our meal planner. Among the healthy, veg-packed meals, we have clever diet versions of our favourite meals and a few weekend treats with a healthy spin.
Healthy eating isn't just about eating lots of fruit and vegetables either. Protein and carbohydrates are an essential part of a balanced diet as they ensure you stay fuller for longer - which means less snacking!
All these meals feed four people so if you're cooking for less or more people, you'll need to adjust the ingredients. You can switch around the weeks, have meals on different days of the week - the choice is yours. Don't fancy one of the dishes? Take a look through our healthy recipes to find an alternative dish.
You can even download printable versions of the meal planners to attach to your fridge so the whole family knows what's on the menu.
