McDonald’s extends breakfast hours until 11am across ALL UK branches
McDonald’s is extending its breakfast hours to 11am across the UK.
The fast food restaurant’s breakfast menu has become a morning staple among families, students and McDonald’s enthusiasts across the country.
Their classic McMuffins, saucy all-in-one wraps and of course their legendary crispy hash browns – when you have a hankering for a McDonald’s breakfast there’s nothing else that can satisfy you.
But unfortunately McDonald's breakfast times has caught out even the earliest of risers among us, and we've been disappointed to check the time and realise we've missed the opportunity to tuck into a McDonald's breakfast.
However, those mid-morning McDonald’s wake up calls are now a thing of the past, because in the summer the fast food restaurant, which usually only sells breakfast until 10.30am, ran a trial in a selection of their Portsmouth and Isle of Wight branches where they kept their brekkie menu open until 11am.
They then extended the trial, rolling it out in 115 restaurants across the country.
But now the fast food icon has rolled out their extended breakfast hours to all 1,249 branches across the UK!

That's right, you can now enjoy a much later breakfast at restaurants all over the country, so there's no need to set your alarms and dash to your local. Instead, you can now take your time and rock up for breakfast until 11am.
We're grateful that we can now have that much deserved weekend lie in, and know that breakfast is still waiting for us.
Unfortunately for Big Mac and McFlurry fans, the change will mean that they will have to wait an extra half an hour for their favourites.

The restaurant is unable to run both menus at the same time, so now that breakfast is extended, the all-day menu will be reduced by half an hour.
But surely that’s a small price to pay for a weekend sausage McMuffin? We're definitely not complaining!
