M&S launches Pink Gin Cream just in time for Wimbledon
Gin + cream = everyone’s idea of heaven
Marks & Spencer have celebrated the start of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships with the perfect treat - that's perfect for pairing with a punnet of strawberries as you watch the on-court action unfold.
Blended with the brand’s best-selling Think Pink Gin, the 200g tub of Pink Gin Cream is priced at £3.50 and is described as a ‘delicious extra-thick cream infused with pink gin and a little raspberry for a blush colour and light berry flavour’.
When a post of the Pink Gin Cream – which bills itself as a ‘posh cream for strawberries’ – was shared on the official M&S account it attracted more than 2,000 likes from excited foodies who also couldn’t wait to comment on the dream pairing of booze and lashings of cream.
One wrote: ‘That cream is AMAZING!!!!!!’
A second simply added: ‘Yes please’
While a third continued: ‘I’m coming to Marks and Spencers today holiday treats yummy food lol x no one does it like m&s’
And there were equal levels of excitement over on the M&S Facebook page, with many tagging their friends in comments because sharing is caring when it comes to this M&S treat.
