James Martin's French Adventure: Everything you need to know about James Martin's new show
TV chef James Martin is back on our screens with a brand new show, James Martin's French Adventure, where he explores the best of French recipes...
Our favourite celeb chef James Martin is back on our screens in brand new TV show James Martin's French Adventure, bursting with new recipe inspiration and classic French cuisine.
In James Martin's French Adventure, the chef will be journeying through France, visiting the locations that inspired his culinary career.
The 44 year old has been influenced by French cuisine since he was seven, after holidaying and studying in the country. The first episode takes him to Saint-Emilion, where we see him visiting the hotel and kitchen where he first trained as a chef.
His trips around France will also retrace the trips Keith Floyd, his food hero, took 30 years ago. James even drove the car that Floyd owned for 16 years, his red Citroen 2C.

The delicious French journey starts in Provence, in the south of France, and sees him stopping at Perigord, Burgundy, Alsace, Pay Basque and Brittany. As he stops to sample the best products and culinary creations of each location, he also recreates the most iconic dishes in his own style.
