The Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain has only gone and bagged herself a brand new TV show.
The Loose Women panellist will be fronting a BBC One travel cookery show called the Chronicles of Nadiya (we like what you did there!).
After being crowned the Bake Off champ back in 2015 Nadiya has been nothing but busy working on her new book (due out in June 2016), baking the Queen's birthday (and what a cake it was!), not to mention starting her very own #NadiyaBakes blog for GoodtoKnow, and now she'll be busy planning and filming her latest project; Chronicles of Nadiya.
The Chronicles of Nadiya will follow the 31-year-old baker on her travels from her birthplace in Luton to her ancestral family home in rural Bangladesh. The documentary-style show will explore dishes Nadiya cooked in her childhood as well as learning new recipes along her journey.
Patrick Holland, who commissioned the programme for the BBC, said: 'Nadiya's story on Bake Off touched the hearts of the nation. We are delighted that she will be using her cooking skills to take us on a journey to such an extraordinary and changing land.'
The series will be a two part series on BBC One, with the time and date yet to be confirmed.
We certainly expect the series to be full of delicious recipes and inspiration - and we're hoping a few cakes and bakes will be thrown in there too, she is a baker after all! We can't wait to tune into Nadiya's new series.
