Aldi launches 1.5L wine pouch – equivalent to TWO bottles!
Aldi have launched a wine pouch that’s equivalent to two bottles of wine – just in time for summer!
We're used to the budget supermarket 's irresistible bargains – especially when it comes to good quality yet cheap wine – but now they’re spoiling us even more with a brand new product that will surely transform your summer.

The retailer has launched a brand new wine pouch so you can transport even more alcohol with no glass involved.
The 1.5L Argentinian Malbec Wine Pouch is the equivalent of two bottles (yes!) and is now available online and in stores.
Plus it costs less than a tenner – coming in at a budget-friendly £9.99 – which is cheaper than how much you would spend for two bottles in most places.

Even though it’s red wine – which doesn’t exactly scream summer tipple – it doesn’t need chilling unlike white or rose, so it’s perfect for when you’re heading out for a picnic or taking alcohol to a festival.
As well as giving you more bang for your buck, the new product also has 80 per cent less carbon footprint because it uses significantly less packaging, thus taking up less space when being shipped.
Describing it as the ‘perfect addition to any gathering, trip and festival this summer’, Aldi also add that the eco-friendly pouch is extra helpful when you need to side-stepping the no glass policy. Very clever…
