The new dad Spencer took to social media back in November to announce his return to reality TV, alongside a picture of him and wife Vogue holding push chairs.
He wrote: 'Hi everyone!! If you like my sarcastic, blunt, Insta Stories then you will LOVE @voguewilliams and my NEW SHOW!!! It’s called Spencer & Vogue: Adult(ish) and will air on my old home, E4 in early January...
'The show is light-hearted, completely unscripted, shot like a docu-series and is very different to anything else out there. Hope you enjoy it!!! @e4grams. Love, the Matthews'.
The Irish model also revealed the news on her own Instagram account, adding that filming has been really fun for the family.
She wrote: 'V excited to let you all know that @spencermatthews and I have been working on our own show! Spencer and Vogue Adult(ish) will be airing on @e4grams early next year. It’s been so much fun filming, we can’t wait for you to watch ❤️'.
The show has since been renamed to Spencer, Vogue and Baby Too and has already proven very popular with viewers.

When is Spencer, Vogue and Baby Too on TV?
The show aired on E4 on Monday 7 January at 9pm and will continue for the next two weeks.
During the first episode the couple spoke about everything from their sex life before and after baby Theo to the reality of birth dilation and who was more into who when they first started dating.
People flooded to Twitter to share their thoughts and several said they were left with tears of laughter as the couple didn't hold back...
How did Vogue and Spencer meet?
The pair have been together since meeting on TV show The Jump in 2016, and got married last June, just a few months before welcoming their first son in September.
Spencer shared the news on Instagram at the time, writing: 'This morning at 3:55am, we welcomed our son into a quiet London hospital... He is beautiful and healthy. We feel truly blessed. Couldn’t be more proud of @voguewilliams ❤️'.
The couple later revealed they named their son Theodore, and also picked the middle names Fredrick after Vogue’s father, and Michael in memory of Spencer’s brother who died in 1999 - just like Pippa and James did.
