The Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special line-up has been announced
Which celebrity favourites will be making a Strictly comeback?
The line-up for the Strictly Come Dancing 2016 Christmas Special has been revealed!
Every Autumn as the days get shorter, our saving grace is snuggling up on the sofa to watch Strictly Come Dancing on a Saturday night. But as the weeks go on, we're all too aware that a Strictly-sized hole will be left in our weekends when the show comes to an end.
Luckily for us, and you, we can already get excited about the ultra festive Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special, as the line up of stars has been announced!
Returning to the dance floor will be some of our most loved celebs, willing to shake their tail feathers for the Strictly crown once more. We can't wait to see some of these past series favourites quick step it back onto the dance floor.
Frankie Bridge
Former girl band member Frankie certainly knows how to throw a few shapes from her days performing with The Saturdays and was a favourite of the 2014 series. Two years ago she was paired with the likeable professional Kevin Clifton and bagged a runner-up spot against Caroline Flack.
Ainsley Harriott
Hilarious celebrity chef Ainsley was another favourite from last year, and he's back again this year to show us some moves in December.
Denise Lewis
Former Olympic heptathlete Denise was always bound to do well thanks to her athletic background and she certainly put in a good effort back in the show's second series, coming runner-up to Jill Halfpenny. Could this be her year to go for gold?

Melvin Odoom
Fans were devastated to wave goodbye to loveable Melvin in the very first week of this year's Strictly, but now the DJ and presenter has got a second chance to show us what he's made of! He'll be back to compete for the glitter ball trophy and hopefully get a little bit further this time.
Pamela Stephenson
Pamela already holds a special title - she is the show's oldest ever contestant to make it as a finalist when she showed what she was made of in the 2010 series.
Gethin Jones
Welsh hunk Gethen certainly wasn't difficult to watch on the dance floor and after not seeing him on our Strictly screens since 2007 we're happy he's making a come back!
Are there any more Strictly stars you'd like to see back on the dance floor? Let us know in the comments below!
