The royal family have another little heir to the throne following the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s third child, Prince Louis Arthur Charles. Here we look at the cute pics which make up Prince Louis’ baby album so far...
Prince Louis Arthur Charles was born on April 23 at 11:01am in the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in London, weighing 8lb, 7oz.
The world got their first glimpse at the newborn that very same day when Prince William and Kate Middleton emerged from the hospital to introduce the new addition to the royal family to the world.
Wrapped in a white blanket and wearing a matching hat, little Prince Louis looked adorable as his proud parents waved to the world’s media.
Kate, 36, looked radiant in a red dress and nude heels - despite having given birth just hours earlier.
After four days of speculation, Kensington Palace finally revealed the name of the little prince on Twitter on April 27: 'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.'
Two weeks after his birth, Kensington Palace released two official pictures of Prince Louis with his sister Princess Charlotte.

The photo was taken when Prince Louis was just three weeks old and posted on Instagram on May 6. This wasn't the first time the Duchess of Sussex had shared gorgeous photographs she took herself of her family. In 2015, Kate broke royal tradition taking the first official photographs of her daughter Princess Charlotte, herself, instead of hiring a photographer.

Prince Louis' christening marks the first time the public had seen the Duke and Duchess together with their three children.
Prince Louis sleeps soundly as he arrives at his christening while being craddled by his mother the Duchess of Cambridge. The baby prince wore a handmade robe known as the Honiton christening gown - it's a replica of the dress Queen Victoria commissioned for her first-daughter in 1840. Since then, the robe has been worn by 62 royal babies, including Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

This was a rare sighting of Prince Louis, who had only made two official appearances since his birth - leaving the hospital on his birth date, and his christening. The Christmas card photograph is casual in comparison to last years - we wonder what next years will be!
