Prince George and Princess Charlotte's roles at royal wedding have been CONFIRMED

Prince George and Princess Charlotte's uncle Prince Harry is set to wed Meghan Markle this Saturday, 19 May, and now their special roles for the big day have been confirmed.

Dad Prince William was confirmed as Prince Harry's best man a few weeks back, but it was not certain whether Prince George would be page boy and Princess Charlotte a bridesmaid, just as the siblings were at auntie Pippa Middleton's wedding.

Today the palace has announced that Prince George and Princess Charlotte will indeed carry out these special roles alongside a host of other children with a special sentiment to Harry and Meghan.

It is still thought that the newest edition to the royal family, Prince Louis, will not attend his uncle's wedding.

Princess Charlotte, aged three, is one of the youngest bridesmaids and is Prince Harry's niece.

Florence van Cutsem, aged three, is Prince Harry's goddaughter and the daughter of Mrs. Alice van Cutsem and Major Nicholas van Cutsem, a close friend of Harry and William.

Remi Litt, aged six, and Rylan Litt, aged seven, both of whom are Meghan's goddaughter and the daughters of Mrs. Benita Litt and Mr. Darren Litt.

Ivy Mulroney, aged four, daughter of Mrs. Jessica Mulroney, Meghan's best friend, and Mr. Benedict Mulroney.

Zalie Warren, the youngest bridesmaid who is just two-years-old, is Prince Harry's goddaughter and the daughter of Mrs. Zoe Warren and Mr. Jake Warren.

Prince George, aged four, is Prince Harry's nephew.

Jasper Dyer, aged six, is godson of Prince Harry and son of Mrs. Amanda Dyer and Mr. Mark Dyer M.V.O.

Brian Mulroney and John Mulroney, aged seven, are the sons of Mrs. Jessica Mulroney and Mr. Benedict Mulroney.

Information on what the bridesmaids and page boys will wear for the wedding has not yet been released but will be made available by the palace on Saturday. Thankfully there isn't too long to wait until we will see the special day unfold!
