Every parent of a fussy eater NEEDS to see this Instagram account
You're not alone. #MyKidCan'tEatThis either.
Fussy eaters are a challenging breed. There's a whole wealth of advice out there to help you to get them to change their ways, but if your kids are anything like ours, when it comes down to it, they still refuse to eat anything remotely healthy, nutritious or affordable.
HOWEVER. If you too are at the end of your tether with upturned noses and cries of 'I'm not eating THAT!', we've found something that we think you might quite enjoy.
The 'MyKidCantEatThis' Instagram account is a collection of pictures from exasperated parents around the world, hilariously recounting the excuses their children have given for not wanting to eat the food infront of them.
From cutlery that just isn't right, to a sneaky piece of vegetable lurking in the carefully constructed sea of beige, these kids will come out with anything to avoid actually putting the food in their mouths, and we have to admit that they've been pretty creative in the process.
Turns out, it's pretty simple - if you want to get your kids to eat what they're given, just follow these simple child-friendly guidelines...
