Mum shares amazing image after delivering her own son in his amniotic sac
Raelin Scurry's tiny son wasn't moving at first, so she rubbed him until he responded
A mum has shared her amazing birth story after delivering her one in 80,000 baby.
Not only was he born en caul - still in his amniotic sac, something which usually only happens with c-section babies, Raelin Scurry's newborn son, Ean Jamal Vanstory Jr., was delivered in the car by his mum during a dash to the hospital.
In the caption alongside the incredible pic, Raelin explained that it was early August when she started experiencing contractions, but as she was only 29 weeks and 4 days into her pregnancy she shrugged them off as Braxton Hicks and decided to wait it out.
However, after about 45 minutes they were increasing in intensity, so she threw some clothes on, dropped her daughter off at her godmother's house and headed to the hospital.

the drive, the contractions continued to get closer together and more intense and before long, Raelin felt the need to push.
'I called 911 because I was so scared. They couldn't understand me between the screams with contractions,' she explained.

Handing the phone to her fiancé, Raelin pulled her pants off and reached down, and the baby's head was right there.
'I pushed one time and my miracle baby was here,' she continued. 'When I looked down I realized he was still completely wrapped in the amniotic sac.'
At first the baby was still and all the new mum could do was pray he would be okay: 'I rubbed his face with my thumb and he pulled his little hands and feet up to his face as if he understood my prayers and wanted to reassure us he was okay.'
About 7 minutes passed as Raelin held her 'miracle baby' in her hands until they made it to the hospital.
She added of her baby being born in his sac: 'This happens 1 in every 80,000 births. Usually during c-section.'
'I know he's going to be an awesome little man! ❤ he is truly a miracle baby. We are so blessed to be his parents.'

Mum Raeline has since shared another shot captioned with: ‘EJ is making such great progress! He is 4lbs 3.8oz. He is starting to get some of his feeds by mouth and I got to put him to breast.'
