Michael Buble set to perform for the first time since son Noah's heartbreaking cancer diagnosis
The toddler was diagnosed with cancer last year
Michael Buble has delighted fans with the news that, after taking a career hiatus to focus on caring for his sick son Noah following his devastating cancer diagnosis, the singer will once again be returning to the stage to perform.
Michael Buble's son Noah, who turned four this year, was diagnosed with cancer in 2016, causing Michael and his wife Luisana to cancel all of their work engagements and commitments to focus solely on their son's treatment and helping him to fight the disease.
Michael pulled out of his role as host of the 2017 Brit Awards, took a step back completely from the spotlight and disappeared from social media.
'Luisiana and I are going to spend all our time and attention to help Noah to get better, by suspending our professional activities for now' Michael said at the time.
However, in April 2017, Michael Buble's wife Luisana Lopilato revealed the wonderful news that their son Noah's cancer treatment had been successful, and the family were now looking forward to the future.
'My son's recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups,' Luisana explained. 'But we are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow.'
Now, following Noah's fourth birthday in August this year, singer Michael Buble has confirmed that he will be stepping back into the spotlight and making a comeback in 2018.
