Maria Fowler explains her decision to show baby daughter's face on social media for the first time

Maria Fowler has explained her decision to finally show her daughter's face on social media, after four months of keeping her child private.

The TOWIE star is known for her strong social media presence, using Twitter and Instagram to show off her make-up skills and personal life. But since giving birth in September 2016, the 30 year old has tightened up on what she shares in order to keep her baby private.

Now, for the first time in the four months since being born, Maria has decided to share a photo of her daughter Evie's face, and explained her decision.

Taking to Instagram, the mum of one shared an absolutely adorable picture of Evie with her 140k followers which showed her out on a country walk.

The four month old looked sweet in a pink, floral patterned outfit and cute pink, shearling-lined hat. Posing her for the photo, Maria sat her daughter on what seemed to be a wooden fence out in a woody setting.

The beauty blogger and make-up artist captioned the photo, 'We've had this beautiful face to ourselves for 15 weeks, now we feel ready to share a photo with you on Instagram. Evie Paris Batey 💖'

Fans flooded the picture with compliments on how beautiful Evie is, although some disagreed with Maria's decision to go public with her daughter's appearance.

One follower wrote, 'She is gorgeous I think she has her mummy's eyes 😍x' and another one agreed, 'She is unbelievably cute! Congratulation'.

Some social media users commented showing their understanding of Maria's decision, 'She's gorgeous.....so nice you've decided to share a pic & I understand your apprehensions 💖💖' while others disagreed, 'No no no no no.. keep her safe & off social media!! 😩 too beautiful for all the ugly trolls xx'.

Speaking exclusively to the Sun, Maria said, 'We decided it was the right time now she is a bit older. At the beginning we really wanted to enjoy our time with her without judgement from people online.'

Up until now, Maria has been sharing family snaps but avoided showing her daughter's face by blurring, using emojis or using different angles so as not to show too much.
