Jack Osbourne's wife Lisa has shared an emotional Instagram post recounting her experience of a late-term miscarriage for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Rememberance Day.
Lisa, who is mum to daughters Pearl Clementine 3, and Andy Rose, 4 months, told her 68,600 followers that she hasn't talked much about the experience before for fear of negative comments, but that she 'doesn't care anymore'.
'I would have an almost 2-year-old son now, named Theo,' she wrote alongside a picture of two small footprints.
'I never got to meet him, and this is all I have to remember him by....his tiny little footprints. It still hurts every day, and I will always love & miss him. He was a real baby, and he was mine.
'My heart goes out to my friends, family, and those of you I don't know that have suffered the loss of a baby. I love you all!'
The actress and blogger then posted a picture of a lit candle in dedication to her son, and thanked her fans for their support.

When the miscarriage occured in 2013, Lisa gave a brief statement through her blog, Raddest Mom, which read:
'I have been dreading this announcement. I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week. Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time.'
'It's important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life's toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives.'

Lisa hasn't been the only celebrity to publicly share their memories during Baby Loss Awareness Week. Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh also marked the death of her stillborn son, Archie, along with hundreds of other bereaved parents who lit candles and wrote heartfelt messages for lost children online.
