Celeb mum Kristen Bell shares GENIUS 'hands on the circle' road safety hack
Would you tried this?
We love a mum hack, whether it's beach hacks or even handy picnic hacks. And now actress Kristen Bell has delighted mums everywhere with an ingenious safety hack, after she shared the amazing road safety trick she uses to keep her kids safe when they're getting out of the car.
Kristen, known for her roles in blockbuster films such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall and being the voice of Anna in Frozen, is not only an A-list actress but relatable mum too.
The 36-year-old star has taken to Instagram, not with a picture full of glitz and glamour, but a must-read parenting trick to keeping your kids safe on the roads.
The mum-of-two posted a picture of two, tiny hands placed on the petrol cap of her car, explaining to social media users that her kids have learnt the same routine every time they leave a vehicle - to put their 'hands on the circle'.
Kristen's post reads: 'hands on the circle!
'The phrase we say as we jump out of the car. "Hands on the circle" (the circle is the gas cap)was invented by my brilliant sister in law, and has thus far kept all kiddos safe from any oncoming traffic while I unload the trunk.'
She finished her post with some mum-related hashtags, '#momlife #momhacks #mom'

Followers loved the idea, and rushed to comment on Kristen's picture with their own ideas for keeping their kids safe on the road.
One mum said,'We did this! at the grocery story I would say hands on the cart, and to follow me "like a duck" and they would all line up. Now I just have three teenagers, doubt that would work anymore. 😜'
Whilst another expressed how much she appreciated the advice, 'Literally started following you just because of this post!'
Another mum voiced how important #momhacks like this are, by saying that she wished she had used the tip already, 'I wish I saw this before my baby ran out in traffic today. Better luck next time'
Kristen has two children - Lincoln, four, and Delta, two - with her actor husband Dax Shepard, whom she tied the knot with in 2013.
