Kate Middleton confesses she's struggling to get sleep with three children to sister-in-law Meghan Markle
Oh Kate, we can relate...
Kate Middleton welcomed her third child last April, and it's no wonder taking care of three little ones comes with difficult challenges - even if you're a royal...
The mum-of-three took a few hours off mummy duty on Saturday to attend the Ladies' Final at Wimbledon with her sister-in-law, Meghan Markle.
The two were spotted among the crowd watching Serena Williams and Angelique Kerber competing for the tittle and they also used the time together to catch up.
According to The Sun, who spoke to lip readers about the royals' exchange, Kate and Meghan were having a conversation about something most mums miss - sleep.
Kate reportedly told Meghan: 'It makes such a difference if you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep.'
Meghan replied: 'I tried to, it doesn’t take much, the question is does it work with the children?'
Of course Kate is not alone - according to a recent study by the College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University, more than 50 per cent of women who have kids reported to get less than seven hours sleep a night.

On Sunday, Kate also attended the tennis tournament to watch the Men's Final, but this time with husband William - who was also recently spotted looking very sleepy at an official service.

This is only the fourth time Kate has been in the public eye since giving birth to little Louis in April, as she's not attending official royal events at the moment because she's on maternity leave.
The mum was also busy last week with Prince Louis' Christening, an intimate ceremony that was only attended by close family members and friends who were chosen to be godparents.
The official pictures form the special occasion were released over the weekend, where Princess Charlotte can be seen looking like the doting big sister she is.
These are the first official portraits of the Cambridges as a family of five, and we might even get another glimpse of the little royals again soon, as it will be Prince George's fifth birthday this weekend.
While Kate and William usually opt for small gatherings to celebrate birthdays, they sometimes share special photographs to commemorate the day.
