Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo announces he's expecting his first child with long-term girlfriend Naomi Courts
The couple will welcome their bundle of joy later this year
Jordan Banjo has announced that he's preparing to become a father to a little boy.
Overwhelmed to learn that she was expecting, the dancer's long-term girlfriend Naomi Courts has admitted to purchasing multiple pregnancy tests to make sure the positive result was correct. 'I wanted to be sure so I went out and bought eight more tests. I sat with them laid out in front of me on the bathroom floor, staring at them in disbelief,' she told OK! magazine.
'We always said we wanted kids together, we just didn't think it would happen this soon. We're over the moon, though!'
Jordan's partner of three years went on to reveal that she hasn't had to easiest journey towards motherhood so far.
Like fellow mum-to-be Kate Middleton, 36, she suffered badly with extreme morning sickness.
'I was signed off of work for ten weeks with hyperemesis gravidarum. It felt like I was spending every minute of the day throwing up - I couldn't even keep a glass of water down,' Naomi continued.
'The doctor gave me loads of different anti-sickness tablets but they didn't make a difference. It's only in the past few weeks that I've started to feel more normal.'
