The mum-of-two announced that she was expecting a baby with husband Jamie Watson last December, on Christmas Eve.
Jamie-Lynn is already mum to nine-year-old Maddie, who now has another little sister to play with.
Jamie and Jamie-Lynn got married in 2014 and Ivey is their first child together. Maddie's father is Jamie-Lynn's ex-fiance Casey Aldridge.
She was just 16-years-old at the time when she gave birth to Maddie as her and Casey's relationship had blossomed from their time together on the show Zoey-101.
Maddie was involved in a horrific accident last year that led to the little girl having to be resuscitated and taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Thankfully she made a full recovery and will likely be excited to start on her big sister duties as soon as possible.
During her pregnancy announcement Jamie-Lynn said that Maddie was 'finally' going to be a big sister so 2018 is already a much happier year for the whole family.
