Holly Willoughby stunned after guest asks her to 'imagine' her daughter using a vibrator during controversial This Morning debate
Holly Willoughby was left horrified by a This Morning guest after she was asked to 'imagine' her daughter using a vibrator
Holly Willoughby was left horrified by a This Morning guest after she was asked to ‘imagine’ her daughter using a vibrator.
The presenter was joined by relationship expert Annabelle Knight and social worker Judi Love to debate whether teenage girls should be given vibrators, when she was thrown off guard by the personal question.
Judi, who was against giving one to young girls, said: 'We have young boys locked in their rooms playing computer games, now you’re going to have young girls in their room with their vibrator. I couldn’t imagine, could you imagine Holly?'
Looking utterly horrified, Holly – who shares Belle, seven, Harry, eight and Chester, three with husband Dan Baldwin – told her: 'Well no, that’s quite a horrific picture.'
Holly wasn't the only one shocked by the question as viewers watching at home couldn't believe what they hearing, with many moaning that it was far too early in the day to discuss female masturbation.
One person said: ‘My lord, isn’t it a bit early for masturbation talk eh’.
Another added: ‘What am I actually watching? Why would you possibly want to be imagining your teenage chid masturbating let alone giving them the tools to do so? It's hardly down to be a prude.’

While a third said: 'Imagine your mother buying you a vibrator! Not sure who’d be more embarrassed. This is uncomfortable enough just to listen to. Can see Holly & Phil visibly squirming too!
The discussion came after a sex tech expert called for young girls to be given vibrators to banish the 'taboo' around female masturbation.
Stephanie Alys, 28, the chief pleasure officer at MysteryVibe, told The Times: 'We talk about a pay gap between men and women, but there is also a pleasure gap.'
Annabelle agreed with the theory pointing out that masturbation is normal, and said the move would encourage a healthy and open attitude towards sex in young women.
While Judi believes that teenage girls are 'too young' to be experimenting with vibrators.
