‘It really makes this my most special birthday EVER to let everyone know that later this year we will become Dads for the first time. This is the proudest moment of our lives and we are beyond excited to say it out loud! 🌈👶🏻❤️ M&Cx’.
The couple also shared more exciting news earlier in the year, when they revealed they were engaged.
The proposal happened during a romantic holiday in the Maldives, and Mark shared a few snaps of their holiday to announce the wonderful news.
‘2019 has been so amazing to me so far and it’s only getting started! I wanted to be the first to say it… #engaged ❤️💥👬’, he wrote on Instagram.
The pair have been together for over six years, and Mark previously explained why his partner’s identity was being kept under wraps.
He previously told Mail Online: “I am going out with an Irish guy now, so it suits us both to be back in Ireland and our families are closeby.
“We are together four years now, so it has been quite a while and I am very happy.”
“He is not quiet believe me, he is far from quiet, but he has no experience whatsoever in the music industry and he is quite shy about coming to the red carpet.
“A lot of people ask me his name and it is not that I don’t say his name, it is his thing to say and if he wants to be in a magazine then that’s his choice.”
