Robbie Williams reveals very exciting new role
Robbie Williams has revealed he has a very exciting new role, as WW’s new ambassador.
The singer confirmed the news on social media, with a post explaining why he decided to become the new face of the brand, which was formerly known as Weight Watchers.
Alongside a promotional video, he wrote: ‘Guys, as I told you last week, I have announced some health goals for the new year. I want to get fit and healthy, to be my best version of me for my family, my friends and my fans.
‘And that’s why I’ve decided that WW is going to be my partner on this wellness journey. As a #WWambassador, I’m joining the community of millions around the world who are building healthy habits for real life with WW. ‘
The dad-of-three said he will be sharing his journey into a healthier life on Instagram.
He also added that he's excited to start his journey, after letting his healthy habits slip following the back injury he suffered last year.
‘WW is the first programme that truly feels like it fits with my life’, Robbie said.

‘After my back injury last year, I definitely let my healthy habits slip and I felt as though I let myself and my family down.
‘I can't keep trying the same things and hoping for a different outcome. I trust the history of behaviour science that WW has, and I'm proud to be a new ambassador. Hopefully, others will benefit from my experience.’
The exciting news come as the dad is enjoying a family holiday in the sun, not long after he and wife Ayda finished their stint as judges on The X Factor.
The mum shared a lovely family snap on Instagram, alongside the hashtag ‘#familytime’.
It’s been a very exciting year for the pair, who also welcomed their third child, Coco, via surrogate in September.
Ayda revealed on Instagram at the time: ‘I spy with my little eye an extra little hand 👀 So we have been keeping a very special secret! We are delighted to share with you that we have had a baby girl…. welcome to the world Colette (Coco) Josephine Williams!! 💕💕
'It has been a very long and difficult path to get here, which is why we have kept it on the down low. Family comes in all forms, and this little lady, who is biologically ours, was carried by an incredible surrogate mother, to whom we will be eternally grateful. We are over the moon to have this beautiful baby girl in our lives and so blessed that we live in a world which makes this possible.'
