Mel B’s sister Danielle Brown shares first look at newborn daughter
Former Emmerdale actress Danielle Brown has given birth to a baby girl, sharing an adorable picture to her Instagram.
The baby was born exactly on Danielle's due date, with the 38-year-old actress confirming her daughter’s arrival: ‘9.7.19. And just like that on my 40 weeks due date our baby girl was born 💞
‘We are all so in love with our healthy baby no name 💞’
Danielle’s sister Mel B was quick to comment on the sweet picture, writing: 'Soooo excited she is here yippeee your the best mum ever.'
Danielle’s daughter is her third child. She already has 12-year-old Mimi and nine-year-old Hendrix from a previous relationship.
The newborn is Danielle’s first child with current partner Ty Maynard, who she has tried to keep out of the limelight.
The couple really wanted a baby, with Danielle telling New Magazine: ‘We've wanted this for a while but it took longer than we expected - six months of really trying - and we became impatient so we got a puppy’

She continued: ‘Even though we were trying, I was still shocked. One morning I started to feel quite sick, so I did a test - well, I did about five - and that was it. I was pregnant!’
Danielle had initially planned to follow sister Mel during the recent Spice Girls tour, confessing that: ‘My plan was to join them for the whole thing, but then I went and got myself pregnant!'
The new arrival comes after Mel and Danielle’s This Morning appearance, where the sisters revealed they had been estranged but had patched things up.
Since making up, Mel B has vowed to spend more time with the family, and we're sure she'll be an amazing aunt to the latest addition.
Congratulations to Danielle and Ty – we can’t wait to find out what the baby’s name is!
