Kerry Katona slammed over latest snap of her daughter
Kerry Katona has been slammed over the latest picture of her daughter.
The TV personality uploaded a post to her Instagram page of her youngest daughter Dylan-Jorge, or DJ, who she shares with late ex-husband George Kay.
The post shows a series of six photos of the five-year-old posing in a full face of makeup, complete with lipstick, blusher, eyeshadowm, eyeliner and mascara.
Alongside her post, the mum-of-five explained that her older daughter, 17-year-old makeup artist Molly who she shares with ex-husband Brian McFadden, had applied the makeup to her younger sister.
‘So after dj watching @123_mollymc do her big sisters makeup @lils.mc dj wanted to get hers done so we’ve all had a very girly day with lots of fun which was very much needed!’
She added: ‘Before anyone starts to kick off about dj wearing makeup it was just a little bit of fun and great makeup practice for molly! No one was hurt in the making of these pics! 😂❤️’.
However, critics didn’t support the 38-year-old in allowing her daughter to wear the makeup, taking to the comments section to make their feelings known.

‘This is just wrong,’ wrote one. ‘She shouldn’t have to wear makeup at her age and should be allowed to just be a kid. This is sending her the wrong message that being a grown up ‘pretty’ girl is wearing makeup,’ adding ‘it’s almost 2020 and we still doing this to ours young girls.’
Another added: ‘Your daughter does not need make up she is has plenty of time once she is older 😥 natural beauty is the best.’

However, there were those who stood up for the single mum, with comments including: ‘What little girl doesn’t like having make up on, she wants to be like her big sisters’ and ‘I for one know plenty little girls who would have loved this.’
Others also added that it’s nice for the five-year-old to have some entertainment after so recently losing her dad, who passed away last month.
‘Anything that makes her smile is great....’ wrote one, while another added: ‘Glad to see you all had a fun day, must be a very difficult time right now and what ever you have to do to take her mind off what’s happened then that’s what’s important.’
