Wean in 15: Joe Wicks reveals plans for a new toddler cookery book
Joe Wicks has revealed plans to launch Wean in 15 - a new cookbook with recipes for babies and toddlers.
The fitness expert, also know as The Body Coach, took to social media to confirm that he will write the new healthy recipe book for little ones.
The title of the book is, of course, a twist on the name of his popular Lean in 15 recipes, which are centered around healthy eating and balanced nutrition - and take just 15 minutes to prepare.
On his Instagram stories, the healthy cook posted a picture of the book publisher Pan Macmillan offices, with the caption: ‘‘Meeting with my publisher to discuss my new book: #Weanin15’.
In the next story, he then posted a video that went on to explain the details of the book.
Alongside the caption ‘What is WEAN in 15? I’ve got a new book deal with my publisher. I’m calling one WEAN IN 15 with recipes for babies and toddlers’, he detailed the background of the new book in his video.
‘So for those of you asking what this Wean in 15 is all about,’ he started, ‘my brother Nikki said to me one day Joe you’ve got to do a baby book with healthy recipes for kids called Wean in 15.

Everything you need to know about weaning your baby
‘That was about 2 years ago so he had the idea,’ he continued.
‘I’ve got a new book deal it’s going to come out in 2020,’ he added, ‘it’s aimed at babies and toddlers.’
The 32-year-old, who got engaged to his partner Rosie Jones back in November, welcomed his first child with the former model last summer.
So the dad-of-one, who recently opened up about his daughter Indie’s unusual name, has presumably taken inspiration for the book from his home life.
The new release will also focus on healthy eating for the whole family, so mums and dads can make easy and nutritious meals for everyone to feast on.
It will feature 100 recipes aimed at how to healthily wean babies onto solid food, as well as exercises for time-pressed parents.
We can't wait to read it!
